I'd like to give a big thank you to The Internet for offering the opportunity for real people demonstrating real healing through a now-verified model of health to network and share their stories. It turns out, and this is repeatable, that replacing cooked, processed, oily, salty food with raw, living Fruits and Vegetables and some Nuts and Seeds, and exercising careful periodic fasting, can alleviate the pressure on ones body so much that all types of symptoms will begin to vanish... allegedly!
I compiled a bunch of comments to the common question "what have you healed eating raw?" posted in some public facebook groups, and posted them below. We are all enthusiastic about sharing the natural way of eating because of how good it feels. Fruits are electric and so are you. Cooking your food and adding salt deadens it and prevents microbial and enzymatic breakdown. If you wish to experience a new level of health, try eating raw food (mostly fruits and greens) for a week and see what happens.
